Flying Toys have been in touch, firstly to let us know that the company is 35 this year. This is an amazing length of time and just goes to show the success and longevity of the hobby in the UK. We wish Flying Toys a further 35 years (at least!) of bringing us fun and innovative flying machines.
Additionally, the Flying Toys team were at the 2013 Spring Fair with their AR.Drone 2.0 doing a bit of aerial photography, which you can see on their YouTube page:
Janine & David also worked closely with Jules Annan of Concertphotography at the show, who filmed Flying Toys demonstrator Elton flying the AR.Drone 2.0, whilst simultaneously videoing the prestigious Treson Paris stand in the jewellery hall.
It just goes to show that as a low cost aerial photography platform, the AR.Drone really is a super piece of kit. Keep an eye out for our latest review of upgrade parts for the Drone in Rotorworld, kindly supported by Flying Toys…
